These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the allpointsfibre.com website ("Site"). By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Site may contain links to third party sites which are covered by separate terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the content on any linked third party site and neither do we endorse or approve of such content.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales.

A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of these Terms or Conditions, but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that act.
